Refund policy

Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase date. 

All items must be unworn/unwashed with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items returned in a condition that would not allow them to be sold again. 

Receipt or proof of purchase is also needed for a return to be accepted.

To request a return, you can reach out to us at hello@muusa.ca. Be sure to provide us with your name and order number in the email.

We'll provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that all return costs are to be paid by the customer.


Non-refundable items

All sale items and gift cards are final sale. 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. You must request a refund for items and order your new items separately. 


Refunds

All returns will be processed according to the original payment method.

Refunds will be issued after we've received and inspected your return.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
